iOS 16: How To Make Stickers

This guide explains how to make stickers in iOS 16.

After rumours, speculation, and a closed beta, iOS 16 has arrived. iPhone users can now get their hands on the latest version of Apple’s iOS operating system.

iOS 16 brings with it a plethora of new features designed to enhance the iPhone user experience. From the revamped lock screen to the streamlined Focus tool, iOS 16 moves Apple’s mobile operating system forward in many ways.

However, with any big update comes a learning curve. Even the most seasoned of iPhone users will find themselves asking questions about how certain things work in iOS 16.

As always, Apple has done a fairly good job of explaining what you need to know when you go into apps or new settings for the first time. But if you don’t even know where to start, you might find yourself feeling a bit lost.

At one point or another, we’ve all wasted time scrolling through settings trying to activate a new feature that we’ve read about.

One such new feature that iPhone users are keen to take advantage of is the upgraded Visual Look Up, which allows you to make stickers out of photos.

Not only is it easy to do, but making stickers is a fun way of communicating with friends through iMessage and other apps. Thanks to iOS 16, it’s never been easier to make a cutout sticker from one of your pictures.

So, let’s go over how to make stickers in iOS 16…

How To Make Stickers iOS 16

When it comes to making stickers on iPhone, there are a number of third-party apps you can use to do the job.

However, it’s just as easy to do it yourself using iOS 16’s new features. And that means you don’t have to clutter up your phone with another app.

Once you know how to do it, you’ll be able to make as many stickers as you like without having to pay for any app subscriptions. That makes this method the winner in my book.

This method involves cutting out the subject of an image and removing the background.

This is how to make stickers in iOS 16:

1 – Go to the Photos app and open the photo you want to make into a sticker.

2 – Select the share icon in the bottom left corner.
