This Stray guide explains how to save.

Stray is finally here after months of anticipation. And it hasn’t disappointed.

The new game from BlueTwelve Studio and Annapurna Interactive delivers a puzzle packed adventure where you control a cat on his mission to reunite with his family.

He joins up with robot drone B-12 and the two must work together to open a sealed city and save its robot inhabitants.

Stray offers everything you could want from a game where you play as a cat. Run, jump, scratch – it’s all here. And it’s great fun.

The cat’s adventure in Stray involves solving puzzles every step of the way. Some are easy while others can leave you stuck and testing the limits of your brain power.

However, the first thing you will probably be asking is how to save. After all, everyone needs a break for a catnap.

Unfortunately, the game doesn’t make it explicitly clear when you play it for the first time. So, let’s go over how to save in Stray

How To Save In Stray

Saving is the backbone of every video game. Without it, you would lose your progress and have yo start again from square one.

In Stray, there’s no option to save in the menus. So, how do you do it?

This is how to save in Stray: Stray uses an autosave feature. Like many games now, Stray doesn’t have a manual save option. It simply autosaves at regular intervals. There’s no need for you to do anything.

And there you have it – saving couldn’t be simpler in Stray. The game does it automatically as you progress through checkpoints.

You can now quit the game without worrying about losing your progress.
