While this may sound like an odd question, there is an understandable reason for it. That’s because Rhea Ripley has been a key part of The Judgment Day stable since WrestleMania Backlash 2022.
After Edge was kicked out of the group and replaced with Finn Balor, The Judgment Day entered into a feud with Rey Mysterio and his son Dominik.
The group would be defeated at Clash at the Castle by Rey and former leader Edge. However, Dominik Mysterio turned on the pair and officially aligned with The Judgment Day on the 5th September 2022 edition of WWE Raw.
Since then, Dominik has regularly appeared alongside Rhea Ripley. In reference to Eddie Guerrero, Rhea began referring to herself as Dominik’s “mami”. This even inspired official WWE “I’m Your Mami” merchandise based on Eddie Guerrero’s “I’m Your Papi” t-shirt.

Rhea Ripley is dating AEW wrestler Buddy Matthews (real name Matthew Adams) in real life. She is not dating Dominik Mysterio.
Buddy Matthews is currently one-third of the AEW World Trios Champions alongside Malakai Black and Brody King in the House of Black.
Matthews previously wrestled in WWE under the ring name Buddy Murphy. During his time with the company, he was a 1x NXT Tag Team Champion, 1x WWE Raw Tag Team Champion, and 1x WWE Cruiserweight Champion.
At AEW Double or Nothing 2023, Max Caster of The Acclaimed insulted Matthews during a rap. In reference to Rhea Ripley, Caster said: “Buddy acts all ominous when he’s getting cucked by a kid named Dominik.”
Rhea later responded to the rap on Twitter. She said: “Hey @DomMysterio35, we’re over in two companies”. In a since deleted tweet, Buddy Matthews responded to Ripley: “Yes, yes you are! Congratulations! They made you more famous during their TV time!”, he tweeted.
