Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 – Best X13 Auto Loadout

Best X13 Auto Loadout Warzone 2.0 Modern Warfare 2

This guide details the best X13 Auto loadout in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2.0.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II‘s multiplayer is finally available to play. Most fans have already played Modern Warfare 2‘s Campaign via early access. But now players are keen to get stuck into the multiplayer.

Modern Warfare 2 has revamped the Call of Duty multiplayer formula in a number of ways. And some of the changes have divided the fanbase. Be it the changes to the mini-map or perk system, there’s definitely a sense that not everything is perfect in the new game.

However, one area that fans are almost universally happy with is the guns. They look and sound great, and the new levelling up/unlock system is a welcome innovation.

Thankfully, Modern Warfare 2 multiplayer provides players with a decent selection of guns and weapons to play around with. And, as always, some are better than others.

Modern Warfare 2 offers players a good selection of pistols to choose from. The P890 has already established itself as a great choice. But the X13 Auto is an absolute beast with the right build.

The X13 Auto is a rare fully-automatic pistol. And that’s something that can be lethal in the right situation.

People who played the original Warzone will remember the borderline broken Renetti and Diamatti metas. Both of those weapons were also fully-automatic. And with Akimbo (dual-wield) in there as well, they were unstoppable.

With Warzone 2.0 finally here, players are looking for the best loadouts. And the X13 Auto is likely to be a meta sidearm.

So, let’s take a look at the best X13 Auto loadout in Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2.0

How To Unlock X13 Auto in Modern Warfare 2

Before we get into the best loadout for the X13, let’s explain how to unlock it.

Crucially, the X13 isn’t available from the start. As with most guns in Modern Warfare 2, it needs to be unlocked by levelling a gun in the same platform.

In this instance, that is the XRK platform which also houses the X12 pistol.

This is how to unlock the X13 Auto in Modern Warfare 2: To unlock the X13 Auto pistol, rank up the X12 to level 10.

OK – so now we know how to actually get the X13 Auto pistol. But it’s pretty useless without the right attachments.

The meta build for the X13 involves making the most out of its fully-automatic capabilities and Akimbo.

Best X13 Auto Loadout in Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2.0

This is the best X13 Auto loadout in Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2.0:

Muzzle – CN30 Suppressor

Barrel – XRK Sidewinder-6 Slide

Laser – 1MW Pistol Laser

Rear Grip – Akimbo X13

Magazine – 33 Round Mag (or 50 Round Drum if you don’t mind the increased weight and slower speed)

This build is centred around Akimbo (dual-wield). However, that comes with a significant accuracy disadvantage.

To negate the loss of ADS and buff hip-fire damage and range, this build focusses on increasing accuracy and recoil control. Crucial to that is the inclusion of the 1MW Laser. Without it, the X13 Auto is at a serious range disadvantage.

With this loadout, the X13 Auto will be shredding opponents in no-time. Couple it with a great mid-long range Assault Rifle or LMG (like the Kastov 762 or RPK), and you’ll have all bases covered.
