March 2022 PS Plus games have been leaked early. Shocking, we know. Every month now, news of Sony’s upcoming freebies breaks ahead of the official announcement. And despite complaints from subscribers over the perceived dip in quality of the titles on offer (which we’ve discussed before), there’s still rampant speculation each month.
Once again, the leak has arrived courtesy of Dealabs and user billbil-kun. They’ve been revealing PlayStation Plus games for months now and are always on the money. That means you can reasonably expect this leak to be accurate, too. So, what free games can PlayStation Plus subscribers look forward to in March?
Free PS Plus games for March 2022
According to the recent leak, the following games will be available at no cost for PlayStation Plus subscribers in March 2022: Ghost of Tsushima: Legends (PS4/PS5), Ghostrunner (PS5), ARK: Survival Evolved (PS4) and Team Sonic Racing (PS4).
Ghost of Tsushima: Legends
The official Ghost of Tsushima: Legends synopsis states: “Ghost of Tsushima: Legends is an online co-op multiplayer experience inspired by Japanese mythology. Choose from four classes – Samurai, Hunter, Ronin or Assassin – and play with friends or via online matchmaking in two-player story missions, four-player survival missions or the new Rivals Mode.”
Ghostrunner
Ghostrunner is described as a “hardcore FPP game packed with lightning-fast action, set in a grim, cyberpunk megastructure. Climb Dharma Tower, humanity’s last shelter, after a world-ending cataclysm. Make your way up from the bottom to the top, confront the tyrannical Keymaster, and take your revenge.”
ARK: Survival Evolved
In ARK: Survival Evolved, players are “stranded on the shores of a mysterious island” and “must learn to survive.” You do this by “using your cunning to kill or tame the primeval creatures roaming the land, and encounter other players to survive, dominate… and escape!”
Team Sonic Racing
According to its official PlayStation Store listing, “Team Sonic Racing combines the best elements of arcade and fast-paced competitive style racing. Face-off with friends in intense multiplayer racing, race together across stunning worlds and work together as a team by sharing power-ups and speed boosts.”
Update: PlayStation Plus games for March 2022 officially revealed
Sony has confirmed the free March 2022 PS Plus games in an official PlayStation blog post. They will be available to download from 1st March 2022 until 4th April 2022.
