This Tekken 8 guide explains how to do a Hard Wall Break (“Come on, just try and kill me” trophy).

Tekken 8 is a treat for fans of fighting games. The long-running series has always been highly regarding, but the eighth instalment really shifts things up a gear.

Tekken 8 also offers up a relatively easy platinum trophy on PS5. You will find lots of trophies pop simply by playing the game.

However, there’s a good chance you may be left scratching your head with some of them. Specifically, some of the less obvious trophies are a bit trickier to unlock.

One trophy like this is “Come on, just try and kill me”. This bronze trophy requires players to perform a Hard Wall Break, one of the special environmental attacks in the game.

How to do a Hard Wall Break in Tekken 8

To easily do a Hard Wall Break in Tekken 8, select “VS” mode in the Main Menu and choose “Player vs CPU”.

We recommend selecting the Elegant Palace stage. As soon as the fight begins, position your fighter so you can beat your opponent back into the large glass doors.

Once you have them up against the glass doors, keep hitting them and the doors will eventually smash. This triggers a Hard Wall Break.

The “Come on, just try and kill me” trophy will be unlocked immediately. This means you don’t need to finish the match and can back out.

And there you have it – that’s how to easily unlock this trophy in Tekken 8.
