There are many different shrines to explore in Tears of the Kingdom. Each one is a unique dungeon with its own puzzles and secrets to discover.
The In-Isa Shrine is one of the first you will visit in the game. Here you will unlock the Fuse ability that allows you to combine weapons and items. Once you have gotten through the large destructible wall, there is an inner chamber with a locked door at the far end.
To progress further into the shrine, you need to get through this door. However, it isn’t immediately clear how you open it.
So, let’s go over how to open the locked door in the In-Isa Shrine.

This is how to open the locked door in In-Isa Shrine in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom: From the inner chamber, turn right into the large room with six trees. Collect the Fire Fruit from the trees. Next, draw an arrow by holding ZR, press up on the d-pad and select Fire Fruit to create a flaming arrow.
With the flaming arrow drawn, aim to the far end of the room and look up for the plants on the wall. Shoot them with the fire arrow.
The plants will ignite and a chest will drop from the wall down to the platform below. Go down and search the chest, inside is “Small Key” which can be used to open the locked door.
Return to the door and use the key to go through.
