Within this room lies a multitude of lockers, each belonging to a specific soldier and safeguarded by a unique code.

This is the N Laval locker code in Amnesia: The Bunker: 0402. The code can be found on a dog tag belonging to a dead soldier located in the Soldier’s Quarters Communications area. The body is slumped in a hallway surrounded by dangerous rats.
Before you can get the code, be sure to get rid of the rats (preferably using a grenade) to avoid taking unnecessary damage.
Once you have picked up the dog tag, rotate it to reveal the N Laval locker code on the back.
Next, return to the Mission Storage locker room and turn the dials on the combination lock to 0402. This will open the locker.
A word of warning, before you venture into the Communications area, be sure the generator is sufficiently fueled. The dead soldier is located quite far into the labyrinth and you do not want to get stuck in the dark.
