A frustrating Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0 glitch renders munitions and armor boxes – two of the most useful in-game items – unusable. Players encounter the issue when using these field upgrades in a specific location in Al Mazrah.

Munitions and armor boxes replenish players’ ammo and armor plate reserves respectively. This is particularly useful during the latter stages of a game of Warzone 2.0‘s battle royale mode when supplies are harder to acquire. Likewise, in DMZ (Warzone 2.0‘s extraction mode), players often find ammo and armor running low after encountering large groups of AI enemies.

For this reason, being able to quickly throw and use these field upgrades is essential to success in both battle royale and DMZ. But you may find them completely useless depending on where you use them.

Downtime Bros has identified a glitch in Warzone 2.0 that prevents usage of munitions and armor boxes while aboard the game’s trains.

The issue arises when players place the boxes on the floor of the train’s carriages. The boxes partially clip through the floor and the prompt enabling players to use them never appears.

This also means players are unable to refill their ammunition or armor plates during gunfights, therefore making trains (which are operator hotspots) even more dangerous.

The issue has not been addressed by Infinity Ward and is not present on their official Trello board detailing known and resolved issues in Warzone 2.0. It is currently unclear when the glitch will be fixed.
